Delivery
What delivery options do you have?
- Due to the short shelf life of some of our chocolates every order is posted through Royal Mails first class service, orders aim to be delivered between 1-3 business days.
- Orders placed before 11am Monday - Friday will be attempted to be posted on the same day. Currently we are unable to provide weekend postage, orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be sent out Monday morning (Please note these are aims not guarantees).
- We also offer a collection service, orders will be ready to collect within 2 days of purchase.
Allergy's and Dietary
I have allergies, are these chocolates suitable for me?
- Due to the wide range of chocolates available, some of our range does include allergy ingredients. All of our chocolates include a detailed ingredients description highlighting if the product is suitable to be consumed by someone with allergies.
- We also have a selection of products which are suitable for vegans, you can view our selection by clicking here.
Why is there not a vegan option for the selection boxes?
- Due to the very limited number of truffles suitable for vegans we are unable to provide a selection box that is fully vegan.
Restock
When does the online store restock?
- At present there is no set time for the restocking of the website, products will become available once they are made, we are working to produce a mailing list to notify customers when certain products become available.
